This course is for new and experienced mentors who want to gain a better understanding of structure, tools and techniques to carry out the mentor role more effectively.

Our Mentor in the Workplace program can be tailored as an in-house program to address specific issues and needs of the organisation. We believe the best learning occurs through engagement, practice and interaction and must also build on prior learning and experience. Therefore, our Mentor in the Workplace program involves significant practice and interaction using relevant workplace scenarios.

The program is aligned to TAEDEL404A Mentor in the Workplace Elective Unit of the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
