Accredited training solutions

ETAS Group is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which means that we can provide nationally recognised training both within Australia and Overseas.

Being a Business-to-Business focussed training provider means that our programs can be customised for the industries we work in – rather than having to spread ourselves thin catering to seven different industry areas in the one classroom. This also enables us to make the most efficient use of time, and our smaller class sizes allow for maximum impact.

Our training programs are designed to provide return on investment through relevant and dynamic training; industry specific examples and minimal out of class work so that your employees can apply their new skills and knowledge as soon as possible with minimal disruption to production related activities.

Our scope of courses that we currently offer are:

Training & Assessment

The Certificate IV in Training & Assessment focuses on designing and conducting training and assessment activities in the Vocational Industry.

ETAS Group has contextualised these programs specifically for the resources/construction industry. The learning program and the case studies/scenarios in the course require a minimum level of knowledge of the resources/construction industry and training/assessing in the workplace. If you do not work directly in the resources/construction industries, please contact our team prior to enrolling.

Onsite Courses

An onsite course provides you with the flexibility to have a program delivered suiting the rostering requirements of your staff. Additionally, it allows for contextualisation of the program to suit specific workplace examples and systems. For the Certificate IV in Training and Assessing, it is recommended that this program be delivered in two parts of five days, with class sizes between eight and 12. The delivery structure allows for the maximum retention of information, with time between each module to transfer learning into the workplace. The class sizes allow for the most beneficial outcomes in terms of team-work and peer support, whilst also allowing for maximum participant support from ETAS Group facilitators.
